Penn Jazz a la Mode

MISHAWAKA --The Jazz a la Mode was held in Penn High School's cafeteria last Friday night from 7:30 until 10pm.  Nearly five hundred people attended the combined showing of Penn's After-School Jazz and Orchestra, their Intermediate and Advanced Jazz Bands, as well as the Jazz bands of Discovery Middle School and Concord High School.  The vivacious tunes of the night were accompanied by complimentary desserts to the attendees, including a surfeit of ice cream and cake.  Overall, the night was a great success for the student musicians, whose talent was shared with the Jazz-lovers of the community.
