Classes
Co-Op
It is self evident that not many people know about the Penn High School Co-Op program. Only about 10 to 15 students sign up every year. Looking at the benefits of the class and what is involved, one would think that every student would want to be a part of it. Co-op teacher Mr. Garrett does a phenominal job with equipping his students with the right information in order to perform well in the workplace. The students meet with the teacher directly after second block and stay for 30 minutes in the classroom.
Cleaning Up Your Learning Environment
Custodian Appreciation Day
By Heather Gordon
Mr. Sauer and Mrs. Graff's Black AM Seminar class have recieved a unique assignment. Instead of writing a paper or reading out of a book, their instructions were more hands on: To create a project that would provide a service to a specific group in the community.

E.Seifert's Stories Completed This Semester
1) Key Club (PKG) This PKG explained what this club is to students at Penn. I worked with Elizabeth Peck on this PKG. It gave information about meeting times and dates and how to become involved in Key Club.
2) Angel's Ambassadors (PKG) This was another PKG to explain one of Penn's many clubs to the student body. Chris Azzi and I worked on this PKG.
3) Soccer (VO) I did this VO with Brenna Gonderman. We covered the Boy's Soccer team, giving information about the game day.
Elizabeth Peck's Packages and Web Stories
For this year in PNN, I contributed to the show by making a number of packages. Three of these were the Key Club package with Erica Seifert that informed students of a somewhat unknown club here at Penn. Another one was the PSA I did with Chris Azzi and a number of other students about wearing ID's at Penn and how important it is. The final one was the Summer's Over package, which was just something fun a few students and I did at the beginning of the year about getting back into the swing of things, and to get over the fact that summer is gone.
