On October 24, the Kingsmen played Fort Wayne Canterbury at 10:00 AM in the Semi-State Semi-Finals, and Harrison at 7:00 PM in the Semi-State Championship game.

The Kingsmen defeated Fort Wayne Canterbury five to one with four of their goals being scored in the first half, and one more in the second.  Canterbury scored their lone goal in the second half.  The Kingsmen had strong defense throughout the game and were able to shut down Canterbury’s offense and controlled the midfield.

After defeating Canterbury, the Kingsmen moved onto the Semi-State Finals against Harrison, and lost after going throughout the entire game and two overtimes with out giving up a score, or scoring, until they eventually lost on the penalty kicks.  The game was forced into penalty kicks, Penn shot first and scored.  Next Harrison took their first shot and also scored, Penn missed their next shot giving Harrison a chance to get the lead, they convert making the score 2-1.  Penn also missed their next shot, and Harrison does the same.  On their fourth attempt Penn misses again and Harrison makes their shot, giving them the victory.

Harrison is now moving on to the State Championship against Center Grove on October 31 at 6:00 PM at Carroll Stadium in Indianapolis.
