Penn Theatre Hosting Awards Show

On May 23rd, Penn Theater will be hosting an awards show for all productions performed this year.

The awards show will be from 6:30 P.M. to 8 P.M., possibly 8:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 23 in the CPA. There, various awards known as “Pennies” will be given to shows that are the most deserving. The shows that are being honored, and were performed this school year, are:

• The Good Doctor
• The Last Train
• A Midsummer Night’s Dream
• 24-Hour Theatre
• Kiss Me Kate
• The Ghost of the Chinese Elm

Seniors in Drama Club will also be honored that night for their acting achievements over their four years at Penn. Upcoming shows for the 2017-2018 school year will be revealed as well.
