Interested in learning about a culture that Penn doesn’t offer as an elective?

The Korean Club meets every Black Monday. The meetings last from 3:45 to 4:30. The meetings will be held in Mr. Gensic’s room, room 225.

In Korean Club they plan to learn about the culture of Korea and possibly even speak some of the Korean language — because after all, there is no Korean elective at Penn. The president, Emily Corbin (class of 2018), also said she wants to make people not instantly relate Korea with the North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, and to not glorify K-Pop as much. The club also plans to donate money to a fund called “Liberty for North Korea”, which helps save North Korean refugees.
