Penn Robotics summer Camps

If you know of a 1st to 8th grade student that is interested in engineering, the Penn Robotics summer camps may be right up their alley. On the weeks of June 10th-14th and 17th-21st, Penn robotics will be hosting camps where students can learn about, 3D modeling and design, CNC and machining, software and electronics, and building robots. The creativity and design camps will run from 9:00am to 10:30am and the CNC and software camps will run from 11:00am to 12:30am the first week. The second week there will be build-a-bot hour camp where students will learn to design, build, code a robot, and then compete against other students.

Penn Senior and creativity camp leader, Leah Ingle, talked about what students will learn in these camps and why they should join. “These camps are a good experience with STEM and you can see the opportunities that Penn offers in robotics and machining. And it’s fun”
