The Penn girls soccer season sadly came to an end on October 15th, but the team still has many achievements to be proud of. The lady Kingsmen were sectional champions, and had great comradery according to captain Jenny Keegan.
When asked how winning sectionals felt, Keegan said “it felt really good to keep the sixteen year streak going.”
She exclaimed that the most impactful moment of the season was “facing adversary throughout the season has made all of the girls super close and since we’re such a young team I’m so excited to see what they do in the future.”
Their success came from how “this team was so close and our bonds were so tight which contributed to our success on the field.”
