Mishawaka Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council hosts 14th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive

Throughout October and November, The Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council will be holding a Thanksgiving food donation drive.

The MYAC includes many Penn High School students who are passionate about making their community a better place. Arianna Rice, Senior at PHS and President of the MYAC was asked why the council holds this drive every year.

“We at the Mayors Youth Council love to be involved in the community, because the community gives so much for us, we want to give back all we can,” Rice said.

The deadline for donating non-perishable food items to Mishawaka City Hall is November 14th.
