Your last chance to see the Penn Marching Kingsmen perform in their 2020 season is approaching. On Friday, October 9th, the marching band will take to the field one final time this year for Penn’s home football game against New Prairie.
This season has certainly looked quite different than in years prior. The brass section dons bell covers, flutes are equipped with Plexiglass, and statewide competitions have been canceled. Every minute that is not spent playing instruments is spent socially distant and wearing masks. Despite the differences, despite the changes that this year has brought upon all of us, this season has proved to Michiana that the band plays on.
