Marketing is all around us. We market ourselves on the first day of school, and we see it at the grocery store. Along with marketing, there are other forms of business that affect many of our decisions. If you have an interest in business, consider joining DECA.
DECA is a club for sophomores through seniors that are excited about business. Participants will learn valuable skills such as dressing for an interview, writing formal emails, and becoming leaders.
DECA members will compete in different events, role-plays and writing competitions at the district and state level. Those who are in the top three of their event will move on to internationals. This year, the international competition finalists compete at Disney World! The first DECA meeting is this Friday at 7:45 am in room 254.
