Debaters Make It To Nationals

The students who qualified for the National tournament were; Zoe Gatzimos, Will Riley, Nicholas Casetti and Renee Yaseen in Policy Debate. Annie Zakrzewski and Bryce Yoder in Public Forum Debate. Hannah Smith in Lincoln – Douglas Debate, and Colin Lucero – Dixon in the Congressional Debate. Mr.Dutton, the debate and speech team coach said,”This is the strongest showing ever for the Penn Debate Team at the District Tournament. The eight students representing Penn this summer are largest contingent that we have ever sent.”
