The Penn FFA team recently won a state title at Purdue on Saturday May 14.

The team won the Wildlife Habitat Management state title as a team and many individual honors. Kyle Burke got second individually, Isaac Loutzenhiser finished fourth, and Elena Effertz finished in sixth place. In addition Isaac Loutzenhiser distinguished himself having the only perfect identification score in a statewide competition that consisted of 48 individuals from all over Indiana.

Because of the team’s impressive performance they were invited to the national competition at Canaan Valley State Park in West Virginia on July 14th-27th.
