The new fitness test is a shorter, quicker, and more efficient version of the old test.
Now students don’t have to worry about the mile run and pacer test. The mile has been reduced to a half mile run, and the pacer has been eliminated completely. Now the push up test is done in a modified position on the knees, and the plank is done on forearms.
It’s a simple, quick, and easy test that students and PE teachers will likely enjoy much more.
