Job Description: Must be able to assist customers at the front counter. Multi-task and accuracy are a must as candidate will be assisting Subscriber Services and Classified departments.

Essential Functions: • Answer phone calls in polite, courteous manner; accurately document each call • Input data per customer request, including starts, stops, payments, complaints, donations • Update existing customer information • Call subscribers about their subscription expiration dates and obtain payment • Solve subscriber requests/problems/complaints via phone or in-person • Get new customers to subscribe • Check for subscription payments made, submit reports to office manager • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Requirements: Experience: • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to talk to customers in a courteous and professional manner via phone or in-person • General computer knowledge, email • Data entry skills • Ability to talk on the phone and keyboard at the same time • Ability to work under daily deadlines  • Ability to be accurate and detail oriented • Ability to handle high volume in outbound phone calls and inbound calls • Able to type 40 WPM • General math skills

Education: • High School or GED

Working Conditions: • Duties are performed in indoor office environment • Constant sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, walking, repetitive motions
