The Penn Kingsmen boys golf team scored a 316 at Beechwood Golf Course in LaPorte to beat Crown Point High School by seven strokes.
Though the top two spots were won by golfers from South Bend Marion and LaPorte, the Kingsmen finished strong as a team. Three Penn golfers tied for third: Justin Holt, Nick Thurin, and Brady York, shooting a five-over-par, 77.
Other Penn scores included Joe Hickey with 83 and Grant Wargo with a 88.
The Kingsmen continue their season at South Bend Adams this Thursday, May 21st.
