Penn Cross Country is currently on the road to compete at the state championship. The Men’s cross country team got 2nd place to Mishawaka by 2 points at sectionals and the Women’s cross country team got 1rst. Penn raced the sectional race at Erskine Golf Course, which is a very challenging course.
The Cross Country teams will have to race the regional race at the less challenging Oxbow Park in Elkhart on October 17th 2015 at 10:30 P.M. The Semi State race will be at The Plex down in Fort Wayne Indiana on October 29th 2015 at 1:00 P.M. The course down in Fort Wayne is a flat course with little terrain. The State Championship race will be down in Terre Haute Indiana on October 31rst 2015 at 1:00 P.M.
