The Penn chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters is seeking applications for “bigs” for the 2016-2017 school year.

Penn students who are “Bigs” are paired with an elementary student from either Bittersweet or Elm Road School. These visits take place once a week for one hour and will occur during your Black 1 or Gold 1 study hall.

Volunteer applications are available in guidance for those who are interested. The club is open to juniors and seniors (in the 2016-17 school year) who have a good attendance record and are passing all their classes. When scheduling, mention to your counselor that you want to be a “big” so they can enroll you in a Black 1 or Gold 1 study hall.

If you have any questions or want more information, see Mr. Fry in Guidance.
