The Penn Art Gallery’s second professional show of the year is now open featuring new art. The show is called Dust and Mud by artist Catherine McCormick, and her medium is pastels. Also featured is the work of ceramics artist, Kari Stieglitz Black.
The Art Gallery is open to Penn students and staff all day, everyday, and after school on Wednesday or Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Teachers are requested to sign up to bring a class to the gallery by stopping in the gallery and filling out the appointment book. Teachers can also call the gallery during classes to request a time slot.
The artwork on display is available for sale, and there is also jewelry, cards, and buttons/pins on sale. A portion of the proceeds goes back to support the Gallery.
