Kingsmen, starting in October, breakfast services will now be starting at 7:30 a.m. to accommodate Penn High School student-athletes as well as other Penn students that arrive early to school. Breakfast services are not free for the 2022-2023 school year, breakfast will cost $1.50 for an entree, fruit, juice, and milk. Coffee and ala-carte are also available in the cafe for breakfast hours only.
