Penn will be hosting athletic physicals for high school students and 8th graders (incoming freshman) on Tuesday, May 24th from 3:30-5:00 pm in the Penn’s Aux Gym.
The cost is $30 per student. Please complete the physical form prior to attending, with the exception of page 2 (doctor’s portion).
