The Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation has six four-star schools in its district, as announced by the Indiana Department of Education. The PHM four-star schools for the 2014-2015 school year are Horizon Elementary, Northpoint Elementary, Mary Frank Elementary, Prairie Vista Elementary, Discovery Middle, and Penn High School. The four-star school requirements are based off of ISTEP and ECA passing rates for the 2014-2015 school year.
