Next Tuesday, Nov. 11, any Penn student interested in joining the Relay for Life team should plan on attending the informational meeting after school in room 169.

Relay for Life is an American Cancer Society event where other teams gather to walk around a track to celebrate with cancer survivors, honor those who are fighting and those who have lost to cancer.

Relay for Life  is recognized nationally and last year’s  Mishawaka event was ranked the third largest event in the state. The American Cancer Society holds the relay annually to raise donations and awareness in our community.

Students are encouraged to come to room 169 next Tuesday to help fight cancer by signing up and registering for Relay for Life.
