After years of being in production, Obi-Wan Kenobi has officially been released on Disney+. Since 2016 rumors had been circulating that a solo Obi-Wan movie would be released based on the 2016 film “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”. Fans had assumed that eventually at some point we would get a continuation of one of Ewan McGregor’s most famous roles. And now, it’s finally here. Early reviews have shown that the mini-series has had one of the best reviews since season 2 of “The Mandalorian”. Not only this, but Hayden Christiansen has returned as the legendary villain, Darth Vader. Some of the concept art has confirmed a confrontation between both Kenobi and Vader again. And many rumors have been going around that Liam Neeson will reprise his role as Kenobi’s undead master, Qui-Gon Jinn. Kenobi is also a heavily driven character story with reviews comparing it to the 2017 Fox movie “Logan”. Kenobi only has two episodes out already and it’s already driving fans off the wall. Obi-Wan Kenobi’s first two episodes are on Disney+ right now with episodes releasing weekly every Friday.
