Boys X-C and Track Conditioning

Are you a member of the Boys Cross Country team or distance runner for track?

If so, winter conditioning will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:45-5:00 beginning on November 6th. You will need to show up at the weight room at 3:35 wearing school colors. Following the weight workout, you will go outside to run. Don’t forget to bring warm athletic gear.
