The Congressional Art Awards were presented by Congresswoman Jackie Walorski at the South Bend airport Sat May 14th at 9 AM. We had 7 of our students who placed in the top 10. What we didn’t know until we got there was that 2 students had more than one piece that made the top 10. As it turns out Penn received 9 of the 10 top ten awards.

2nd Place: Akane Tokusumi for her scratch drawing done in 3rd year drawing
Top Ten: Adrianna Waldron- photo, Matt Rzeszutko- lino print, Jeremy Sullivan- drawing, Madason Whittaker – lino print (from drawing 1st yr), Breyanne Urbin – drawing, Akane Tokusumi- plexi print, McKenzie Blankenbaker – drawing.
Breyanna Urbiin is the only one not pictured in the attached photos.
