CTS is a class about computer tech support taught by Mr. Sinnish. They learn things about which parts of a computer do what, as well as how to build/ repair computers. You may have heard about a class known as CSI, which is a computer repair internship, where you repair actual people’s Chromebooks. However, in CTS, you learn about building and repairing computers, as well as A+ certification, which is certified to repair and build computers.

I spoke to 2 people, one of the students who took CTS and CSI, Connor Cornelison (Note: this is a sibling of this reporter) as well as the teacher of this class, Mr. Sinnish. According to Connor, CTS should be taken by “anyone really, it is important for anyone to learn tech. It is also good for anyone who is scared to get in (to tech). According to Mr. Sinnish, ” It doesn’t matter if a student is a complete beginner or already has a ton of experience.

Having knowledge of how Technology works is important for everyone, CTS is an easy way for anyone to get into the world of technology. When asked how much background knowledge is needed Connor said ” None really, someone who knows nothing beforehand can get an A” Since it is important to know about tech, it is recommended to join this class.
