Blue Beetle, DC’s newest feature film debuted on Friday, August 18th, 2023, with the US box office opening at an estimated 25.4 million. Although the opening weekend funds had been disappointing, reviews have been above average with IMDb ranking it a 6.8/10 and Rotten Tomatoes having a final score of 76%. Blue Beetle is still in theaters now directed by Angel Manuel Soto and starring Xolo Mariduenuea, Becky G, George Lopez, and Susan Sarandon.
