The National Weather Service issued a dense fog warning for Wednesday February 3rd, prompting PHM administrators to delay both the school day and the NCAA college signing celebration.
The signing will now begin at 9:30am. It will occur in the Penn Main Arena/Gym. According to Penn’s athletic director, Aaron Leniski, the best place to park will be in the rear of the building, by door E.
Penn will follow the 2 hour delay schedule — remember that the order of the blocks is 1, 3, 2, 4!
