Last night the Penn basketball team took on a tough Northridge raiders team. The game came down to free throws in the 4th quarter and Penn came up clutch shooting 10-12 from the line.

Senior Billy Doslak scored 20 points in a 52-45 Penn victory. Another senior Ryan Lutz added 10 points and 6 rebounds for the kingsmen. Penn shot 15-38 from the field but the big number is 80%, that is what the kingsmen shot from the free throw line.

Northridge’s Pete Smith led the way with 25 points but it wasn’t enough and the raiders now fall to 5-6 on the year and will play Elkhart Memorial Friday at North Side Gym.

The kingsmen improve their record to 14-2 and will try to increase their 8 game win streak to 9 on Friday night at home against the Riley wildcats.
