Penn Debate finished 4th at Chesterton. According to Tasneem Mahmed, “The tournament was rather difficult as we had an impromptu round towards the end. The final round involved other I would usually see at the state level.”
A lot of focus and dedication is needed in order to succeed in speech and debate. Doing debate requires a decent amount of communication skills, so you will often find yourself improving after a session or tournament.
