Mr. Cizczon’s teaching career is coming to a close as the 2017 school year wraps up.

Mr. Cizczon looks back at the beginning of his career and said,” The school started in ’59. I worked here ten years before in the training room and I went to school here, so I’ve got about 37 years invested…”

For the majority of his career, Mr. Cizczon stated that he taught,”Geography, Freshman Geography, World History , and Government Econ.”

Mr. Cizczon’s teaching style includes some direct instruction and then gives problems to  students to solve by themselves.

When reflecting back about what he learned over the years about kids, he replied,”There’s more things in the world for them to be involved with. They grow up a little bit quicker and maybe are losing some of their childhood …”

Mr. Cizczon has been devoted to Penn for many years and he has helped many students to be successful and to build their knowledge.
