On Saturday, October 15th Penn High School Marching Band earned a gold rating at the ISSMA Marching Band Regional Competition at Carroll High School.
Penn will now move onto the Semi-State Contest at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, on Saturday, October 29th. Good luck Penn Marching Band.
