On June 19th, the schedule for weightlifting for Penn student athletes will be as follows.
Weight Lifting during the summer will be available starting on June 19th on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Choose which session works best for you, wear school colors, and be on time. This are all important factors to succeed. All of the sessions will be the same program, and you will meet in the weight room.
Session I: 8-9:30 a.m.
Session II: 9:30- 11 a.m.
Session III: 11 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Session IV: 1-2:30 p.m.
