This past weekend, the cast of the Penn Theatre Competition Play, “The Pillowman”, took the stage at Indiana Theatre Regionals at Bethel College.

Penn performed first, and was followed by performances from Warsaw, East Noble, Carmel, Fort Wayne Northrop, and Greenfield Central. After a long day of performances, awards were handed out. Penn placed first in the competition, and Broderick Balsley was recognized with the best actor award.

Penn, Greenfield-Central, and Carmel placed first, second, and third, respectively, and will advance to the state competition in late January.

Congratulations to the Kingsmen, and good luck!
