River Valley Church, located across the street from Penn High School, will be providing free coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to those in need as part of their Second Coat Ministries program.
There are two giveaway dates: Friday October 6th from 6-8 pm, and Saturday October 7th from 9 am to noon. Enter through door B, on the south side of the building. Each person present will receive one coat, one hat, a pair of gloves, and a scarf. Inventory is limited.
