Penn High School’s annual Snowball dance, “A Starry Night” will be on Sunday, January 15th, 2023 in Penn High School’s Main Arena. Purchasing a ticket will not only get you into the dance, but will also include dancing, unlimited drinks from American Espresso, water, assorted desserts, photo booth fun, and an unforgettable evening.
