Scholastic Art and Writing Competition Winner Announced

Abigail Smith has been announced as one of the winners for the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition. 350,000 entries were looked through by the esteemed panel, and Smith is one of the 1% picked to win. Smith, along with the other winners, are invited to Carnegie Hall for the awards ceremony on Thursday, June, 7. For her work, Smith has been honored with a gold medal for her digital image titled ¨Boys just being boys?¨ A silver medal was also awarded to her for her digital photography called, ¨Girl Code.¨
