Penn High School is about to venture into the three-day Memorial Day Weekend before the last few days of school. The forecast seems to be cooperating for summer vacation plans so far.

For Friday, we have a high of 83 degrees outside and some scattered thunderstorms throughout the morning.  While the weather may be warm, the day does start out wetter than usual.

The showers continue into Saturday, with a chance of afternoon showers. However, a high of 85 will keep the warm weather coming when it is not pouring outside.

Entering into our three-day weekend, the showers should clear up by Memorial Day, leaving bright and sunny skies with temperatures reaching the mid-80s. The remainder of the week looks to be less rainy, with the exception of the last day of school on Wednesday.
