The Penn girls track team started their season with an invite to the Hoosier State Relay at Trine University.Overall the team did very well, placing high in multiple events.
Amanda George placed 1st in the pole vault.
the 4×200 relay team of Megan Darr, Jemmia Pennix, Kelsi Carrico, and Emma Daggy, placed 1st in their respective relay.
Also placing first for the lady kingsmen was the 3200 relay team of Elli Mott, Emma Jankowski, Hannah Selis, and Ashleigh Macleod
The 4×400 relay team of Jemmia Pennix, Ashleigh Macleod, Emma Daggy, and Elli Mott also took first.
The Lady Kingsmen look to carry this momentum into Saturday’s meet at IPFW.
