Last postseason ended with a tough loss to the Carmel Greyhounds in semi-state, the Kingsmen expect more this year.

The Kingsmen will start their road to state October 23rd opening the 6A sectional at home against the Laporte Slicers who are 5-3 on year. If Penn gets past Laporte, they will either play Chesterton or Valparaiso.

When talking about preparing for the postseason and how every game could be your best, Senior defensive linemen Zach Main said, “Don’t take any game for granted, you never know what game or when that game will be your last.” As for how different preperation is for taking on 6A teams, Zach states, “We just do our best to prepare each week for our next opponent. We work hard ever week and get better every week for our next opponent.”
