Women’s golf sets a new season best score and wins regional.

Women’s golf won the East Noble Regional with a score of 315. They advance to IHSAA state championship.

Cassidy Jurkaites was a medalist with the best score of the regional match with a score of 71. The top 5 shooters for the Kingsmen were Cassidy Jurkaites with 71, Andi Sandler with 77, Lucy Bowers with 81, Kristin Holt with 86, and Abigail Hamilton with a score of 90.

The team will go on to compete in state and Cassidy Jurkaites will compete for state as an individual.

Coach Dominic Demeter was honored as the coach of the year by the NIC. Cassidy Jurkatis and Andi Sandler were named to the first team NIC.

The IHSAA state championship starts Friday October 2nd at the Prairie View Golf Club in Franklin, IN. (7000 Longest Rd, Carmel, IN 46033)
