Penn High School’s attendance office has added a new phone number with different lines for early dismissals and absences.  The new number is 574-258-9501.

A member of Penn’s public relations, Curt Rallo, has said that this change is due to some students not getting their early dismissal passes in time because the requests had not been processed. Rallo stated that the delay was “because of the sheer volume” on one line.  Adding these new lines should “help speed up the process”.

There are a total of three new lines. Line one is for early dismissals on that day, line two is for future dismissals or absences, and line three is for absences on that day.
