Battle of the Bands is back on and will proceed as previously planned! In the March 16th. show, PNN reported that Battle of the Bands was cancelled, but Orchestra director, Mr. Lavon Oke now says the show will go on!
Thursday night, March 24th, two bands will perform. The event will take in the Studio Theater, starting at 7:00 p.m. Admission is free and everybody is welcome to come in and listen.
Originally, five bands auditioned, but only two are able to perform. Mr. Oke, PHS orchestra director and sponsor of the battle, hopes for a good turnout, despite the short notice.
