The Penn High School debate team suffered a major loss at the Indiana University Northwest debate tournament. In their worst performance of the season, the team placed just two team members within the top spots, Kryia Patel and Alivia Shcultz, placing in 3rd and 7th respectively in varsity congress. However, despite this loss, the team has a golden opportunity to make up for it in the upcoming tournament at Concord on January 12th, which also marks the debut of the district congressional debate tournament. Be sure to wish our Fighting Kingsmen good luck!

Starkweather focused on team concerns.
