For anyone wanting to continue weight lifting this summer, there will be three different sessions in June. The first one will be on June 19th, the second on June 21st, and the third on June 23rd. All of these sessions will be an hour and a half long, be in the Weight Room, and contain the same program, but will start at different times. The first will start at 8:00 AM, the second will start at 9:30 AM, and the third will start at 11:00 AM. You can choose which time works best for you, but make sure to be on time, and also wear school colors.
